Q: What exactly is VibeNode?
VibeNode is a marketplace platform connecting customers with verified companions for bookable activities such as dining, attending concerts, art gallery tours, fitness outings, and networking.
Q: Where do companion outings take place?
All bookings must take place strictly in verified public venues such as cafes, restaurants, art galleries, museums, concert halls, or public parks. Private residences and hotel rooms are strictly forbidden.
Q: How does payment work?
All payments are cashless and processed securely via Cashfree Payments using UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking. Funds are held in escrow until mutual check-in and completion of the booking.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable to compensate the companion.
Q: How are companions verified?
Every companion submits a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License) and a biometric selfie match. Only profiles approved by our verification team can receive bookings.
Q: Can I chat with my companion before the meeting?
Yes, once a booking is confirmed through payment, a private in-app conversation is unlocked between you and your companion to coordinate meeting logistics.
