KYC & Identity Verification Policy

1. Verification Standard

To protect all participants in our marketplace, all individuals applying to become companions must complete our mandatory Know-Your-Customer (KYC) onboarding prior to receiving bookings.

2. Accepted Identification Documents

We accept officially issued government identification cards including: Indian Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Election Voter ID card. Scans must be legible, unexpired, and authentic.

3. Data Confidentiality

KYC documents are encrypted with banking-grade protocols and are accessible solely to our dedicated compliance audit personnel. KYC documents are never displayed to customers or published online.
