1. Zero Tolerance Policy

VibeNode enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against physical, verbal, sexual, or emotional harassment. Any attempt to solicit escort or illegal services will result in immediate lifetime banning and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

2. Meeting Locations

No user or companion is permitted to alter the agreed public meeting location to a private address, residence, or vehicle. Both parties retain the explicit right to leave any meeting immediately if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

3. Reporting and Escalation

The platform provides immediate incident reporting mechanisms. All reported violations trigger an automated freeze on active bookings and are escalated directly to human moderation officers.
