Companion Partner Agreement

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

Companions acknowledge that they act as independent service providers and not as employees, agents, or joint venturers of VibeNode Technologies. Companions are solely responsible for determining their own working hours, availability, and pricing.

2. Platform Commission

VibeNode charges a standard platform convenience and escrow fee on each completed booking. Net earnings are credited to the companion's wallet balance and disbursed according to the agreed payout schedule.

3. Conduct and Compliance

Companions agree to uphold all safety policies, complete mandatory KYC, attend meetings only in verified public venues, and treat customers with professionalism.
