Every companion undergoes government photo ID verification (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License) matched with biometric liveness checks before their profile can receive bookings.

Exclusively Public Venues

All VibeNode experiences take place strictly in approved public venues—cafes, restaurants, art galleries, concert venues, and public parks. Private residences or hotels are strictly prohibited.

100% Cashless Payments in Escrow

No cash is exchanged during the meeting. Payments are securely processed via Cashfree and held in escrow until mutual check-in and completion of the activity.

Authorized Mutual Check-in

Both customer and companion mark their arrival at the agreed venue in real time. Timestamps are logged securely on our immutable server audit trail.

Dispute & Priority Incident Response

Users can instantly report inappropriate behavior or safety concerns. Our Trust & Safety team reviews flagged incidents with zero tolerance for policy violations.
