1. Platform Nature & Overview

VibeNode operates as an online marketplace connecting independent verified companions ("Companions") with registered customers ("Customers") for the purpose of booking social, recreational, cultural, and professional networking activities in verified public venues.

VibeNode is strictly a technology platform and does not provide employment, agency, or escort services. All interactions are based on shared social interests and mutual consent.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, offer companion services, or book outings on VibeNode. By using the platform, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Public Venue Requirement

All meetings, bookings, and activities arranged through VibeNode must occur exclusively in approved public locations (e.g., commercial cafes, restaurants, art galleries, concert venues, or public parks). Under no circumstances are private residences, private hotel rooms, or secluded non-public spaces permitted.

4. Cashless Payments & Platform Fees

All financial transactions must be executed through the VibeNode platform using our authorized payment gateway, Cashfree. Direct cash payments between customers and companions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination.
