Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Tiers

VibeNode maintains a transparent, centralized cancellation policy to protect both customers and companions:

• More than 48 hours prior to start time: 100% full refund credited back to customer wallet.
• Between 24 and 48 hours prior to start time: 50% refund credited to customer wallet.
• Less than 24 hours prior to start time: Non-refundable. The companion's schedule is reserved and protected.

2. Companion Cancellations

If an approved companion cancels a confirmed booking at any time, the customer receives an immediate 100% full refund, and companion reliability metrics are adjusted accordingly.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds to original payment methods through Cashfree typically process within 5–7 business days depending on the customer's issuing bank.
